Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of LeapPath — community access, paid courses, advanced certification, upgrades, and our no-guarantee clause.
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LeapPath, you agree to these Terms of Service. LeapPath is a learning and professional development platform for Filipino virtual assistants. Access to the BaseCamp community is free; PathFinder specialization courses, the TrailBlazer advanced program, and one-on-one mentorship are separate paid options. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.
Free BaseCamp account & community conduct
Creating a free account gives you access to the LeapPath Community and BaseCamp introductory learning. To keep the community welcoming and useful for everyone, you agree to be respectful, honest, and constructive in your interactions, to refrain from harassment, discrimination, spam, or disruptive behavior, and not to share content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that disrupts learning, violates these terms, or harms other members or the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Paid PathFinder course terms
PathFinder specialization courses — MarketCraft™, LedgerLine™, and StoreForge™ — are paid programs that include short, focused lessons and practical task-based assessments. Enrollment grants you access to a course for a period of four (4) months from the date of enrollment. Should you need more time, an optional thirty (30)-day extension may be available as described at the time of enrollment. Practical assessments are evaluated against clear standards and may be attempted up to four (4) times to meet the required benchmark. To earn a Certificate of Completion, you must meet the program requirements, including the successful completion of the required practical tasks. Access periods and any extension terms apply from the dates stated at enrollment; please review the course details before purchasing.
TrailBlazer advanced certification terms
TrailBlazer is an advanced learning and assessment program available as a planned paid offering. A LeapPath Certification earned through TrailBlazer is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue and may be verified through a public QR code and verification link that displays the program, credential type, status, issue date, applicable two-year expiry date, and verified skills. Renewal, where offered, will be described with the program when it becomes available. TrailBlazer serves a different purpose from the PathFinder Certificate of Completion and has its own requirements.
Progressive upgrade policy
Your progress comes with you at every step. When you upgrade from a free or lower-tier offering to a higher-tier paid program — for example, from BaseCamp to a PathFinder specialization, or from PathFinder to TrailBlazer when available — you may pay the difference between what you have already paid and the current price of the program you are upgrading to, in accordance with the terms stated at the time of upgrade. Any new access periods and program requirements that apply to the upgraded program take effect as described at the time of your upgrade.
No-guarantee clause
LeapPath is an educational and skill-development platform, not a recruitment or job-placement agency. We do not guarantee employment, clients, contracts, earnings, or any specific business or career outcome. Completing a course, earning a certificate or certification, or participating in mentorship or the community does not entitle you to a job or to clients, and nothing in these terms or in our marketing materials should be read as a promise of employment or income. You are responsible for your own decisions, applications, and results.
Credentials & intellectual property
Certificates and certifications issued by LeapPath remain our property, and the right to display, share, or verify them is granted to you for the valid period of the credential and only in a manner that is truthful and unaltered. Tampering with, falsifying, or misrepresenting a credential or verification record is prohibited. Course materials, lessons, assessments, and related content are provided for your personal learning and are protected by intellectual property rights; you may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.
Fees, refunds & changes
All fees for paid offerings are stated at the time of purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at enrollment, paid course fees are generally non-refundable once access has begun; any refund or cancellation terms specific to a program will be described with that program. We may change fees, access periods, or program content for new enrollments, and any changes that materially affect your existing enrollment will be communicated to you in advance where applicable.
Termination
You may stop using LeapPath at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform or its members. Upon termination, your right to use the community and any active paid course access ends, except for credentials that remain valid for their stated period and records we are required to retain by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date and notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of LeapPath after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
