We don't just teach the leap. We prepare the path.
LeapPath helps Filipino virtual assistants build competence and confidence through structured learning, practical application, and guidance they can use.
From a barrier to a path forward.
LeapPath grew from VAME, an agency led by CEO Yuval Cohen that connects Filipino virtual assistants with business-owner clients. Yuval repeatedly saw the same barrier: business owners wanted VAs with experience, while promising VAs couldn't gain experience without a first opportunity. He believed Filipino VAs should never be hired out of sympathy — they should be chosen because they are capable, prepared, confident, and ready to take ownership. VAME started with free weekly educational webinars, and created LeapPath as a deeper, structured learning ecosystem.
We don't just teach the leap. We prepare the path. We turn learning into forward movement through practical training, expert guidance, and community support that build skills, confidence, and ownership.
We don't just envision Filipino VAs finding work. We envision them being chosen for the value they bring. We see a future where skilled, confident, and dependable Filipino professionals gain meaningful opportunities and build sustainable careers worldwide.
Six core values, one standard.
The principles behind every module, every assessment, and every conversation at LeapPath.
Intentional Growth
We grow on purpose — choosing the next step that builds real capability over the easy one that just fills time.
Opportunity Through Capability
Opportunities should be earned with skill, not handed out of sympathy. We help you become the person who gets chosen.
Ownership and Accountability
We take responsibility for the work, the outcomes, and the learning — and we help you do the same.
Human-Centered Guidance
Real people review your work, answer your questions, and help you move forward — not just algorithms.
Community and Collaboration
You don't learn alone. You grow alongside fellow Filipino professionals who share the journey.
Integrity and Earned Progress
Credentials mean something here. Every certificate represents work you actually did and skills you can prove.
